Non-accessible content

• The contact form – currently, not all form fields have text labels associated with them, which may hinder use for people relying on screen readers. Please contact us directly by email or phone – contact details can be found below.
• Some images on the website may not have alternative (alt) text. All new images already have alternative descriptions. We plan to complete descriptions for images published before 28 June 2025 by the end of 2026.
• Archived documents (e.g. terms and conditions, privacy policies) published before 28 June 2025 may not be fully digitally accessible. If you need access to these documents, please contact us – we will prepare an accessible version on request.
• Keyboard navigation – Currently, not all elements of the website can be operated exclusively via keyboard. We are working on implementing full keyboard navigation by the end of 2026. In case of difficulties accessing specific content, please contact us. Together we will find an alternative solution.
