What is the order realization time?

Shipping time depends on the country to which the package will be sent. Maximum shipping time is 14 work days. Usually packages are being shipped and delivered within 1-2 work days.

If the ordered products is available only at a distant warehouse, the realization time might take up to 7 days. In this case we inform every customer about the delay.

Is there a possibility of setting a certain delivery hour with a shipping forwarder?

Unfortunately we have no affect on delivery hours. The shipping company will contact a customer before the delivery.

What happens if there is nobody who can pick up the package from the carrier?

The carrier will leave a notice at the front door. The package can be picked up at a shipping company office.

How can I check the status of my package?

The status can be checked via order email. You can also contact us via Instagram or helpline.

What if I place 2 separate orders with the same shipping address. Is there a possibility of shipping the orders in one package so I can avoid additional shipping costs?

Yes! In this situation customer needs to inform us about the matter by simply writing down the first order number in the “comments” section of the second order.

What do I do if I made a mistake while placing an order?

Can I exchange the product I ordered for a different product?
